Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our expanding operations across Melbourne CBD and the South Eastern Suburbs .

We have multiple full time and casual opportunities available working on a 24/7 rotating roster , providing excellent opportunities to build a long-term career within a growing organisation.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in protecting our clients' people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

- Access control and visitor management
- Concierge and customer service duties




- Foot patrols and site inspections
- CCTV and alarm monitoring
- Incident response and emergency management
- Report writing and electronic record keeping
- Liaising with clients, contractors and emergency services
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Woring With Childrens Check (WWCC) Employee
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster
- If Visa Holder, you need valid working rights

Highly Desirable

- Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator accreditation
- Previous experience in corporate, government or critical infrastructure security
- Experience operating CCTV, access control and security management systems
