Role: Field Service Engineer
Required Technical Skill Set: Desktop Support
Location: Brisbane, QLD, Australia
Experience: 7+ years

Must-Have:

- Expertise on windows 10/11 administration
- Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
- Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
- Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
- Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
- Troubleshooting Office issues
- Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues
- Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment method
- Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
- Knowledge on one drive
- Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration.
- Verbal and written proficiency in Native + English language

Valuable-to-Have:

- SCCM Knowledge
- Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployments
- Microsoft windows 10/11 Certification

Key activities:

- Technicians are expected to support the Onsite/remote users in respective regions.
- Provide PC, VDI host (user facing) and Mobile Device Support, as outlined in the corresponding Service sections,



'PC Lifecycle Management' and 'Site Support'
- Provide printing Service Support
- Manage break-fix service (Hardware & Software)
- Raise user awareness of IT tips and tricks
- Support the IT Navigator Service, as outlined in the corresponding Service section
- Support remote MITSC (Mobile IT Solution Centers) Service, as outlined in the corresponding Service section.
- Provide business event support as required
- Coordinate the Loan of IT accessories
- Provide desktop application support when applicable.
- Facilitate new technology implementation (setup, training etc.)
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
- Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
- Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
- Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
- Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables
- Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
