About the Opportunity

Every day customers contact us looking for solutions.

Your job is to make sure every enquiry becomes an outstanding customer experience.

From the moment a lead arrives you'll take ownership.

You'll qualify the opportunity, understand exactly what the customer needs, prepare professional quotations and proposals, answer questions, provide advice, follow up consistently and confidently close the sale.

You'll build genuine relationships with customers and become someone they enjoy dealing with.

Your Responsibilities

Every day will be varied and rewarding and may include:

- Managing all incoming sales enquiries
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solution.
- Preparing skilled quotations, proposals and pricing.
- Explaining products confidently and providing expert advice.
- Following up every quotation until the customer makes a decision.
- Building robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Converting enquiries into sales.
- Updating customer information accurately within the CRM.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.




- Looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase sales.

About You

You're someone who enjoys speaking with people.

You naturally build rapport, ask good questions and enjoy helping customers find the right solution.

More importantly, you don't like letting opportunities slip away.

You probably bring:

- Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Account Coordination
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals or pricing.
- Strong follow-up skills and the persistence to see things through.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A positive, professional attitude.
- Pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
