An opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join a busy team working on premium residential projects across Sydney.

This is a full-time position with consistent work, plenty of overtime available (with penalty rates), and attractive bonuses for high achievers.

You’ll work on architecturally designed homes and major extensions , delivering exceptional workmanship in varied locations including the Hills District, Inner West, North West, and North Shore.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute all aspects of carpentry with strong attention to detail and high-quality finishes
- Read and interpret detailed construction plans




- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Solve problems on site with initiative and accountability

About You

- Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified/licensed Carpenter in NSW
- Demonstrated ability to deliver top-quality finishes
- Confident working alone and in a team
- Valid White Card and current OH&S; qualifications
- Own tools, driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle
- Professional communication and presentation
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and solutions-focused
