Melbourne City Mission in Braybrook is seeking a dedicated qualified to join our Youth Early Intervention team. The role focuses on managing a caseload of young people at risk of child protection involvement and providing holistic support to families.

You will work across North and West metropolitan Melbourne regions, coordinating referrals and services to keep young people safe and connected with families where appropriate.
