The Role





As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.

You will have

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- A commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (an advantage).
- The position requires following a rotating roster.
