About the role

Bupa is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist in a significant transformation initiative within its Health Insurance division. This position serves as the operational foundation of the program, providing essential coordination, reporting, communication, and logistical support to teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, Program Managers, and project teams to maintain organization within the program.

What you'll do

- Provide coordination and support for various program activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and communications for stakeholders and team members.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling and preparing agendas, to facilitate effective discussions.
- Track project progress and assist in identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Requirements





- A minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

Nice to have

- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the health insurance industry or related sectors.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
