At Envoy, no two weeks look the same. One week you might be in the warehouse prepping components for a big upcoming project. The next, you're installing premium acoustic booths inside a high-profile corporate office in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin - or somewhere regional like Ballarat. Honestly? If the job is there, we go. The role covers capital cities and beyond, and the travel roster can genuinely surprise you.

We're a specialist commercial furniture company based in Brunswick, and we're growing. We need someone who's handy, takes initiative, and brings a professional attitude to everything they do - on site and in the warehouse.

What You'll Be Doing

The work varies - and that's exactly the point:

- Assembling and installing premium acoustic booths, pods, magnetic whiteboards, and commercial furniture at client sites across Melbourne and around Australia
- Carrying out service, warranty, and rectification works - diagnosing issues and fixing them to a high standard
- Loading, unloading, and preparing freight and stock in the warehouse
- Operating forklifts safely within the warehouse setting (or getting licenced - we'll cover the cost)
- Driving Envoy's commercial vans to and from client sites
- Workshop days run 8am-4pm; installation days can start from 6am - start times are set by the project. Night work and occasional weekend work may be required on certain projects
- Representing Envoy professionally when on site with clients, builders, and other trades

What We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box - but you do need to bring the right attitude:

- A current Australian driver's licence - you'll be getting behind the wheel of our vans
- Solid experience with hand and power tools (drills,



impact drivers, levels, the usual kit)
- A background in furniture installation, cabinet making, joinery, shopfitting, or a similar trade - or a genuine eagerness to learn fast
- Forklift (LF) licence preferred - but if you don't have it yet, we'll put you through the course
- The physical capability to handle large furniture components and work on ladders or steps when required
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and installation instructions
- Reliability - if you say you'll be somewhere, you're there

Most importantly: we want someone who takes initiative, doesn't wait to be told what to do next, and takes genuine pride in the quality of their work.

- $65,000 - $75,000 + super, based on experience
