We're looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to take ownership of our outbound dispatch operations while leading a small team across the warehouse and sales administration functions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate the daily dispatch schedule for all outgoing customer orders
- Lead and support warehouse staff and the sales administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Book and coordinate freight with transport providers and couriers
- Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled and dispatched
- Prepare dispatch documentation including freight labels and consignment notes




- Track deliveries and proactively resolve any dispatch issues
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and systems
- Promote a safe, organised and efficient dispatch area

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role
- Experience leading or supervising warehouse and administration teams
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with freight booking systems and general computer literacy
