Seisma is partnering with a leading Banking and Financial Services organisation to recruit an experienced Content Writer to support the delivery of accessible, customer-focused digital content.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile digital initiatives, creating clear, engaging and compliant content that enhances the customer experience across web and digital platforms. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of digital content best practices, accessibility standards, and experience working within regulated financial services environments.

Employment Type: Initial 6 month Contract

About the Role

As the Content Writer, you will work closely with UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Compliance teams and key business stakeholders to develop and optimise digital content that is accurate, customer-centric and compliant with accessibility standards.

You'll play a key role in ensuring content meets WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements while maintaining a consistent brand voice and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit and maintain high-quality digital content across websites, customer journeys and online platforms.

- Translate complex financial information into clear, concise and customer-friendly language.

- Ensure all content complies with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and digital accessibility best practices.

- Work collaboratively with UX, Design, Product and Technology teams to deliver accessible digital experiences.

- Review and optimise existing content to improve readability, usability and customer engagement.

- Ensure content aligns with brand, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in content reviews,



stakeholder workshops and sprint ceremonies within an Agile delivery environment.

- Apply SEO and digital content best practices where appropriate.

- Support continuous improvement of content standards, style guides and governance.

About You

You are an experienced digital Content Writer who thrives in collaborative Agile environments and enjoys creating accessible, customer-focused experiences.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience as a Content Writer/Creator

- Previous experience within Banking or Financial Services .

- Strong knowledge and practical experience applying WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards .

- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience writing for digital channels including websites, customer portals and online journeys.

- Ability to simplify complex financial or technical information into customer-friendly content.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, Product, Technology and Compliance.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Nice to Have

- Experience with content management systems (CMS).

- Familiarity with SEO best practices.

- Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
