Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator

Evergreen Trees Direct is one of Australia's leading tree and plant suppliers, servicing wholesale and retail customers nationwide — from landscapers and developers to home gardeners. We're a quick-moving team in Mornington looking for a super organised, customer-focused administrator to be the hub of our office.

What you’ll do:

Answer inbound calls as reception — take clear notes when the sales team are busy

Handle customer admin requests: delivery address changes, site contacts, ETAs

Book deliveries and coordinate times with freight partners, drivers, and customers

Notify suppliers of scheduled pickups and liaise with our freighters

Raise purchase orders and manage supplier communications

Obtain stock photos from suppliers for customers





Keep customers proactively informed from order to delivery

Keep our internal system up to date — orders, deliveries, customer records

Handle customer issues positively — always aiming for a happy client

About you:

Highly computer savvy — quick to learn new systems

Super organised with great attention to detail

Warm, friendly, and professional on the phone

Positive, solutions-focused, and customer-first

Logistics, freight, or horticulture experience a bonus, not essential
