We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join a well-established commercial builder. This casual contract with full time offered after 6 months role offers stable, ongoing work across commercial the commercial sector, focusing on high-quality workmanship and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- General carpentry maintenance and reactive repairs
- Door installations, adjustments, and hardware replacements
- Lock repairs and replacements
- Skirting, architraves, and minor framing works
- Wall and ceiling patching, plaster repairs
- Cabinetry and joinery repairs
- Minor fit-out and refurbishment works
- Defect rectification and preventative maintenance
- Liaising with site managers, tenants, and clients

Requirements:





- Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
- Proven experience in maintenance carpentry or commercial fitout
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence and own tools
- White Card and Working With Children's Check
- Skilled presentation and communication skills
