In this role you will:

- Interpret,



quote and sell parts to customers with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain records of customer contact and keep customers updated on order status and delivery expectations.
- Attend to the counter, providing technicians with the parts they request
- Use best practice purchasing and selling processes to ensure maximum returns and profitability of the business.
- Inform service advisors daily with a back ordered parts list and any parts that have arrived early and are ready to be fitted.

To be considered for the role, you will have:

- Confident communication skills over the phone, in person and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and problem solve with both internal and external customers
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
