We're on the lookout for a passionate Casual Team Leader to join the crew at Yo-Chi Charlestown Square!

What you'll be doing:

- Leading shifts and creating a positive, high energy environment for both guests and team members
- Supporting the Venue Leader to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
- Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors

Is this you?

- You have leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast paced environment
- You love building great teams and creating a positive workplace culture
- You're resilient, adaptable, and thrive when things get busy
- You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
- Fast food experience is highly regarded but not essential
