What you’ll do

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and assist in the configuration of our software solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to deployment and post-launch support.
- Conduct thorough testing of software configurations to ensure functionality and performance meet client expectations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the implementation phase and beyond.
- Work alongside senior engineers to develop and enhance implementation processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each implementation project, including user guides and technical specifications.




- Engage in regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in training sessions for clients to ensure they are equipped to use the software effectively.
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving the overall implementation experience for both clients and the engineering team.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continually enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Assist in gathering client feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to support the overall client journey.

Requirements

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with databases and SQL is a plus.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
