Requirements of the role:

- Agency or internal recruitment experience (preferably recruiting in the trades sector)
- Motivation and work ethic to achieve superior outcomes
- Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market




- Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as;Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators and Labourers etc
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships that build candidate talent pools
- Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box!
- Ability and drive to assist with account management
- Strong administrative skillsto optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport to provide onsite presence when required andattend medical appointments
