Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service?Do you have manufacturing or distribution experience?

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support, or order management
- Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electronics, or distribution environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and customer-centric approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems and SAP (ideally S3/S4 Hana)
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, or industrial connector products is advantageous but not essential
