As the Customer Service Coordinator, you’llplay a pivotal role in developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Your Future Role;

This is anoutstandingopportunity tojoin our business as the Customer Service Coordinator, working closely with the sales, logistics and production teams tomanage the end to end process of delivering our fertilizers and industrial products to our clients exactly when they need them.

What You’ll be Doing;

- Coordinating inbound and outbound customer phone contact.
- Order validation, entry, tracking, dispatch and invoicing.
- Providing assistance to and co-ordinating orders to suit our clients needs.
- Supporting our sales team and dealer network.
- Managing inventory levels at external warehouses.
- Co-ordinating freight of inward and outward goods.
- Co-ordinating the packing off of orders with production manager.
- General office management and reception tasks such as taking calls, greeting guests and ensuring staff facilities are adequately stocked.

What we are looking for;

- Ideally, but not essential, provenexperience ina customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.




- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- A moderate level of computer literacy.
- A demonstrated ability to communicatewith all levels of the business.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify, drive and manage process improvements.
- A team player with the ability to remain flexible in a fast moving environment.
