As an Assistant Manager at Clark Rubber, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Leading by example and coaching your team to success, offering ongoing training and development
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff performance
- Driving sales across all product categories, with a particular focus on Pool Shop and Swimming Pool products
- Ensuring that every customer leaves with a fantastic experience and expert advice

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role




- A minimum of 3 years retail experience is required
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team
- A focus on customer service with the ability to lead by example
- Strong organisational skills, including inventory and stock management
- A passion for outdoor products and home improvement, particularly pools and pool accessories
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Australian work rights are required for this position
