Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for operational excellence and customer service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Pallet Controller to join their team and support the efficient management of pallet assets across the business.

The Role

As the Pallet Controller, you will be responsible for managing pallet accounts, monitoring pallet movements, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of pallet stock. This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth flow of operations across multiple stakeholders.

Duties include:

- Manage pallet inventory and ensure account balances remain accurate
- Monitor pallet movements and process pallet transfers and exchanges
- Complete pallet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting relating to pallet stock
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouses and transport providers regarding pallet transactions




- Monitor outstanding pallet balances and assist with resolving account issues
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates on pallet performance and stock levels
- Support general logistics and administration requirements as needed

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in pallet control, logistics administration, warehouse administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of pallet reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
