AAT Group is a well established and growing insurance building and repairs companyseeking an experienced and organised Bookings Coordinator / Schedulerto join our skilled office team in Ballarat.
This is a full-time, office-based administration and scheduling roleworking closely with Estimators, insured clients and specialist trades. If you have strong appointment scheduling, diary management and customer service experience, this is an excellent long-term opportunity.
- Appointment scheduling and diary managementfor Estimators
- Coordinating bookings with insured clients
- Organising and scheduling specialist trades for inspections and reporting
- Managing changes, rescheduling and urgent appointments
- Providing high-level customer service via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate booking systems and administrative records
- Supporting the broader operations and administration team
This is a fast-paced office administration and coordination rolerequiring strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Bookings Coordinator, Scheduler, Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with diary management and appointment scheduling
- Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience within insurance building, construction, repairs or trades (highly regarded but not essential)
