Operating from our modern, purpose-built dealership in Mitchell Park, we proudly support customers throughout Ballarat and Western Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our award-winning Parts Department.

About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play an integral role in ensuring our customers and workshop receive the right parts, on time, every time. Working within our busy Parts Department, you'll be responsible for parts interpretation, inventory control, warehouse operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Interpreting and supplying genuine Isuzu and aftermarket parts to retail, trade and fleet customers.

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and at the parts counter.

- Managing warehouse operations, including receipting, storage, stock control and inventory accuracy.

- Picking, packing and dispatching parts orders.

- Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

- Working closely with our award-winning Service Department to ensure efficient parts supply.

- Assisting with merchandising, stock replenishment and the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.

- Maintaining high standards of presentation and housekeeping.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within the truck or automotive industry (preferred).

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

- Sound computer skills and experience using inventory management systems.

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- A current Australian driver's licence.

- A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) would be advantageous.
