- Lead the team during service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Coach and support team members throughout the shift.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the team to help drive daily operations.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
