The Prospect
We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Graphic Designer to work within our in-house marketing and creative studio delivering work across the Group. As Graphic Designer, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with the Senior Graphic Designer and a vibrant and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce B2B and B2C digital and print materials including, but not limited to, websites, brochures, tenders, and corporate documents.
- Develop and produce marketing and sales materials including advertising, signage, collateral, point of sale and digital assets.
- Managing assets including logos, fonts, and photography.
- Photography, videography, and social media content production as required.
- Liaise with stakeholders, management,
printers, photographers and other suppliers for collaboration and approvals.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design.
- Mid-weight designer with 2-3 years’ professional experience in an agency or client-side design role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Corporate and brand design experience.
- Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A keen collaborator and team-player who can also work independently.
- Strong customer service, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience in photography, basic animation, or video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Property or real estate experience highly regarded.
