What you'll do

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with Ceis's mission and vision, showcasing our projects and initiatives.
- Develop engaging multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize creative storytelling ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software to ensure a polished final product.
- Conduct interviews and gather testimonials from stakeholders to enrich multimedia narratives.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets, ensuring easy access and proper categorization for future use.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in photography and multimedia storytelling to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing multimedia campaigns that promote Ceis's initiatives and projects to a wider audience.




- Participate in community events and activities to capture authentic moments and stories that reflect our organization's impact.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and marketing specialists, to produce cohesive and compelling content.
- Provide support in managing social media accounts by creating visually appealing posts that align with our brand identity.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources that help educate others on effective storytelling through multimedia.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in photography, multimedia arts, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in photography and multimedia production.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
- Strong skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling abilities, with a knack for creating engaging narratives through visual media.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.




- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in photography and multimedia storytelling is required.

- Experience in drone photography or videography is a plus.
