Barwon Coast Committee of Management manages coastal Crown land in and around Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Breamlea. Within this area we operate Barwon Heads Caravan Park, Riverview Family Caravan Park, the Riverside Campground and Breamlea Caravan Park — and we’re growing our friendly housekeeping team.
We’re hiringseveral Cleaning Officers to help keep our accommodation and amenities spotless. Typical hours between 7:00am and 4:00pm
The Role
You’ll deliver a high standard of cleaning across:
- Amenities blocks (toilets/showers) and camp kitchens
- Other shared spaces as required
Key tasks include following daily schedules, maintaining presentation standards, restocking supplies/linen, reporting maintenance issues and working safely to procedures. Shifts include weekends and public holidays (penalty rates apply). Employment conditions are under the Barwon Coast Enterprise Agreement 2022.
Hourly rate: $35 (inclusive of casual loading)
About You
You are:
- Experienced in housekeeping or similar cleaning services
- Reliable, organised and professional, with a friendly manner
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and under time pressures
- Fit for manual tasks and have a keen eye for detail

Preferred candidates will hold a valid driver’s licence, a Working with Children Check and will undergo a National Police Check.
