Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking a dedicated Aquatic Programs Team Leader to design, implement and promote programs across BVSC facilities. You will coordinate staffing, rostering, and marketing efforts while delivering high-quality aquatic instruction.
The successful candidate will have experience in program development, supervision of staff, and solid communication skills; Certificate IV in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation is desirable. The role is full-time and based in BVSC facilities.
