Sales and Marketing Assistant - Residential Development

We're partnering with a well-established residential property developer to appoint a Sales and Marketing Assistant who will play an integral role supporting the delivery of exciting new residential projects across Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants exposure to both marketing and sales within a respected property business.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Marketing Director and the broader sales and marketing team, you'll provide day-to-day coordination across project marketing, sales administration, CRM management, reporting and customer engagement.

You'll become a key member of a collaborative team, ensuring projects are well supported from campaign delivery through to customer settlement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple residential communities
- Manage property listings, house and land packages and digital marketing content
- Prepare sales documentation including availability lists, price lists and supporting materials
- Maintain CRM data, customer records and lead information with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with enquiry management, customer communications and appointment coordination
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on enquiries,



campaign performance and sales activity
- Conduct competitor and market research to support project recommendations
- Assist with project launches, display suite activity, community events and stakeholder presentations

About You

Ideally you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a marketing, sales support, administration or coordination role
- Experience within residential property, land sales or property development will be highly regarded
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
- High level proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A collaborative attitude with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders
