Panton Hill Hotel is looking for a passionate and reliable Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.

We are a high-volume venue operating seven days a week, serving quality contemporary pub food with a strong focus on fresh produce, consistency, and teamwork.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will:

- Prepare and cook high-quality meals across all service periods.

- Manage your own section and maintain exceptional food standards.

- Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste.

- Help train and mentor apprentices and junior kitchen staff.

- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

- Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials.

- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.

About You

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.





- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.

- Ability to perform under pressure during busy service.

- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

- A genuine passion for cooking and producing quality food.
