Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people to join our Customer Happiness Team .

If you're a natural problem-solver, a great communicator, and the type of person who gets a kick out of turning a customer's day around, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.
- Helping customers with orders, returns, exchanges and product questions.
- Solving problems with empathy, positivity and a "we've got this" attitude.
- Working closely with our Warehouse, Retail,



Marketing & Buying teams to create seamless customer experiences.
- Keeping customer records up to date and spotting ways we can make things even better.

You're our person if you...

- Have 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Love talking to people and communicating clearly (written and verbal).
- Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball.
- Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team but are equally happy working independently.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office. Bonus points if you've used Shopify, Gorgias or similar customer service platforms.
