We are seeking anAdministrator to join our BTP team in Mt Thorley. If you’re organised, detailed, focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Field service department and Operations. This role reports directly to theNSW OperationsManager of Mining Services at BTP.

Key Requirements

- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- 2-3 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
- Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
- Accounts/ Invoicing
- Data entry, archiving and scanning.
- Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
- Booking inductions/ assisting site access
- Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.




- Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
