About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and a positive team culture. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead by example, supervise daily service, mentor team members, and help deliver memorable dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, in-room dining and conference & events operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, motivate and support Food & Beverage Attendants and Team Leaders during service.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and allocate sections and duties to the team.
- Ensure outlets are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food menus, wine lists and beverage offerings.
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and encouraging the team to maximise guest experiences.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, coaching and ongoing development.
- Support rostering, labour management and daily operational planning.Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), food safety, workplace health and safety, and Accor brand standards.
- Assist with conference and event operations, including function setup and service delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or Team Leader role within a hotel, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in bar operations, cocktails and wine service is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and hospitality systems) is advantageous.
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights.
