Eastman Electrical is an award winning family-owned contracting business based in the Bega Valley, with a crew of around 16 and a long-standing reputation on the Far South Coast. We're after another electrician to join the team.

General residential and commercial electrical

Preventive maintenance for commercial clients

Solar and batteries

ASP Level 2 work

Communications, structured cabling & fibre

Security, CCTV and networking

Commercial projects, including the electrical package on one of the most ambitious sustainable builds in the region

It's all local work, so you're home every night, and you're living on the Sapphire Coast while you're at it.

If you want to build your skills in solar, Level 2 or comms, we'll back you with training and support to get there.

Pay and package

$45–$50+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience.



Solar accreditation with solid experience sits you higher in the range; robust solar knowledge or Level 2 ASP experience gets you to the top end and beyond

$1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at three months

- Take-home vehicle, open to fair personal use
- Work phone or iPad your choice
- Support for further training and development

What we’re after

- NSW electrical licence
- Driver's licence
- Able to pass a national police check
- Ideally solar accreditation and/or Level 2 ASP experience, but we’ll talk to anyone with 2+ years post-trade
- Working at heights and EWP tickets are handy but not essential

We put a lot of effort into keeping this a good place to work. Everyone knows each other, the crew get along, and there are regular catch-ups, team days and socials. We're flexible where we can be, and we like it being a workplace people actually want to turn up to.
