Topline Roofing Solutions is a leading roofing company working with some of Victoria's largest residential builders. As our business continues to grow across roofing, metal roofing, fascia, gutter and drainage, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to become an important part of our team.

This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the management team, your responsibilities will include:

- Customer invoicing and progress claims
- Accounts payable, supplier invoice processing and reconciliations
- Payroll coordination, employee timesheets and leave administration
- Maintaining accurate financial and business records
- Supporting month-end accounting processes
- Liaising with builders, suppliers, contractors and internal staff
- General office administration and assisting with business operations
- Providing support across multiple areas of the business as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar role beneficial




- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Strong payroll and timesheet experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent problem-solving skills
