About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Warranty Clerk to join our Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in line with manufacturer requirements. Working closely with our Service team, you will play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction and maintaining strong manufacturer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
- Ensure manufacturer approvals are obtained before repair work commences
- Cost warranty jobs and liaise with the Service Manager as required
- Maintain accurate customer, vehicle,
and billing information
- Review and verify warranty claims and investigate discrepancies
- Manage warranty parts storage in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure recalls and manufacturer updates are included on future job cards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
- Support technicians to ensure repair reports meet manufacturer standards
- Communicate warranty requirements and updates with workshop staff
- Assist the Service Administration team when required
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within the automotive industry
- Robust computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Good numerical skills
