Multisteps Industries is seeking a Shift Extrusion Operator for our Queensland North plant, Narangba. You will set, monitor and adjust extrusion equipment to meet product specifications and quality standards, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years of plastic extruder experience, the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off cycle, and a forklift license. You will operate in a team, handle high-pressure scenarios, and uphold HACCP requirements.
