We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to manage and support our modern workplace environment while maintaining key hybrid systems. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will take ownership of user operations, devices, and core infrastructure, while supporting the transition from legacy on-prem systems to a cloud-first Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Manage hybrid identity environments (Active Directory & Microsoft 365 / Entra ID) including user provisioning and access.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure, including FortiGate VPN, firewall, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi
- Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems, including on-prem SQL environments.




- Administer and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Oversee device lifecycle including procurement, setup, tracking, and replacement.
- Support and administer SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365, Outlook, CodeTwo, Aircall, and HubSpot
- Assist with ongoing migration from legacy systems to contemporary cloud-based solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and applications
- Comfortable learning and managing new SaaS platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance systems, processes, and user experience.
