Construct Personnel Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced A-Grade Electricians for immediate starts across Melbourne Metro.

We are looking for skilled electricians with experience in structured cabling, commercial fit-outs, communications infrastructure, and data installations. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable clients across a variety of commercial projects.

About the Role

As an A-Grade Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality data and communications installations across commercial construction and fit‑out projects.

Your duties may include:

- Installation of CAT5e, CAT6 and fibre optic cabling
- Running, terminating and testing structured cabling systems
- Installing data outlets, cabinets, patch panels and communications racks
- Reading and interpreting plans and cable schedules
- Fault finding and testing data cabling systems
- Working on commercial fit‑outs, office refurbishments and new builds
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Working independently and as part of a project team

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data cabling or communications installations




- Experience working on commercial construction or fit‑out projects
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Robust understanding of structured cabling standards
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong understanding of OH&S; requirements and safe work practices
- Reliable, professional attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
