Customer Experience and Bed Sales Consultant

Creswick Woollen Mills has been an expert in natural fibres for almost 80 years. We are a destination of choice for natural fibres and Australian-made products, including apparel, accessories, homewares, mattresses and bed furniture.

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused team member with a solid sales mindset and technical capability to join our Online Customer Service team.

You will bring a passion for high-end sales and the ability to support customers throughout the full client lifecycle. This role is four days per week. Some Saturday shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle bed-related enquiries and support the full sales and post-sales cycle

Conduct outbound warm calls aligned with marketing campaigns

Manage customer queries and concerns with a solutions-focused approach

Skills & Experience

Experience in bed, furniture sales or high-end consumer goods is a pre-requisite

Proven experience supporting consumer products via phone and online channels





Strong technical computer skills are essential for this role. You will demonstrate experience with Shopify or other POS systems, plus have worked with automation tools such as Gorgias and Klaviyo.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook , with confidence working with data, reports, spreadsheets and digital workflows on a daily basis

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based, multitasking environment
