Microsoft Field Representative at STRIKEFORCE AMC

About the role

In this position, you will manage a designated territory of top retailers while overseeing a small group of in-store Microsoft Product Advisors. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and will play a key role in fostering relationships with store management and retail staff.

What you’ll do

- Supervise and support a team of Microsoft Product Advisors to ensure they effectively promote and sell Microsoft products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or field sales.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a retail environment.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

- Experience in a technology-focused retail setting.
- Background in marketing or brand activation.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
