Community Restorative Centre in Broken Hill is seeking a Transition Worker to deliver holistic outreach case work for First Nations people with complex needs. This Aboriginal Identified role is based in regional NSW, with travel to Wilcannia and Menindee.

Full-time, 38 hours per week, contract to 30 June 2028, extra leave over Christmas and Current Year. The role provides pre- and post-release throughcare and connects clients to culture and community, with SCHADS Level 4 pay point 4 plus super and
