- Coordinate incident reporting and injury management administration.
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Manage first aid records, facilities and supplies.
- Assist project teams with safety reporting, action tracking and compliance documentation.
- Respond to safety-related enquiries from site personnel and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- Previous experience in a construction, infrastructure or industrial environment.
- Experience in a Safety Coordinator, Safety Administrator, HSEQ Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
