Do you have a passion for sales & hitting goals ? You’ll love working here! We are currently seeking a self motivated and sales focused professional to be a key member of our talented team as a Trip Coordinator in a phone based revenue collecting role that has a strong focus on sales, along with customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Build robust relationships with booked travellers
Manage trip payments and set up payment plans
Meet revenue and outbound call targets
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the pre-departure process
Assist with visa advice and documentation
