Lucas Collective is currently seeking talented Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join our kitchens. This is an opportunity to work with premium produce, high-performing teams, and some of the industry’s best operators. The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
- Grill section experience
- Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets/targets
- Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
- Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L;, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts




- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
