About the Role

- Lead day-to-day cafe operations
- Ensure consistent coffee quality & workflow efficiency
- Train, support, and supervise barista & FOH staff
- Manage stock and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the café
- Take ownership of the customer experience from first hello to last sip

About You

- Previous experience as a Senior or Head Barista
- Confident leading and training staff
- Bubbly, energetic, and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Calm, organised, and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak times
