Our client is a well-established foundations and ground engineering contractor delivering specialist piling, screw piling and foundation solutions across Melbourne's commercial, residential and civil construction sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Piling / Screw Piling Operator to join their team and support the delivery of foundation projects throughout Melbourne.

Position

This role will see you operating screw piling rigs, excavators and associated plant to deliver high-quality foundation works across a range of active construction sites. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of screw piles and foundation systems, ensuring work is completed to engineering specifications and project requirements. Working closely with supervisors, engineers and site crews, you will play a key role in maintaining productivity, safety and quality standards on site.

You





- Experienced Screw Piling or Piling Operator with proven industry experience
- Strong understanding of civil construction, foundations and site operations
- Excavator ticket and demonstrated machine operating experience
- Construction White Card
- Committed to safe work practices and quality outcomes
- Reliable, proactive and capable of meeting project deadlines
- Able to work effectively within site teams and dynamic construction environments
- HR Licence and additional tickets highly regarded
