Reporting into the National Workshop Manager, the new Service Workshop Coordinator (“SWC”) will be based at our Notting Hill warehouse. The SWC is to play a key role in supporting workshop and services operations by providing job coordination, administration, andlogisticssupport. Key responsibilities include:
Key responsibilitiesof this roleinclude,but are not limited to:
- Support the National Workshop Manager and Workshop Team Leader withtimelydelegation of jobs;
- Maintainaccuratecustomer, service, and equipment records in the CRM;
- Assess incoming jobs and flag any delays to customers;
- Inventory control, ordering, and issuing to jobs and technicians;
- Prepare cost estimations and conduct works reports, and request POs from customers;
- Administration and data entry;
- Assistwith workshop and presales service work asrequired;
- Receive, unpack, record, and distribute received goods to relevant area;
- Decontamination of incoming devices for service ifrequired;
- Packing and dispatching various equipment, training, and marketing goods;
- Coordinate inward and outward goods movement for rental business;
- Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
- 2 to 4+ years’ experience in a similar service coordination andlogisticssupport role;
- Well versed in effectively articulating company and product information to customers;
- Proficient in various computer software, including Microsoft Office suite of applications;
- Exposure to using SAP or other ERP or CRM systems will be highlyadvantageous;
- Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
- Excellent problem solving, communication, organisational, and task management skills;
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn, and;
- Forklift License, or willingness to obtain.
