Little Learners-Early Intervention – Hadfield VIC

Little Learners-Early Intervention is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our energetic team in Hadfield, VIC. As a full-time Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to children with diverse developmental needs, helping them reach their full potential.

What you’ll be doing

- Assess, diagnose, and develop personalised treatment plans for children with physical, neurological, or developmental conditions
- Implement a range of physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and assistive technology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and early childhood educators, to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide family-centred support and education to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their child's development
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our physiotherapy services
- Maintain detailed clinical records and comply with all regulatory and reporting requirements

What we’re looking for

- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in paediatric physiotherapy,



preferably in an early intervention or community-based setting
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each child
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for empowering children and their families to achieve their goals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
