Level 4, Pay Point 1 (SCHADS Award), $46.70 per hour

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this critical role is instrumental in ensuring our organisation is a place where everyone feels protected, supported, and can thrive.

Skills and Qualifications

Certificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business, OHS or related discipline (or working towards)





First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in HR administration or coordination

Exposure to workplace safety responsibilities, audits, or compliance

Experience in disability, community services, or health sectors desirable

Current NDIS Workers Screening Check

Completed NDIS Worker Orientation module
