Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at our Lance Creek site. You will drive induction, technical and operational training to ensure staff are competent, protected and aligned with company standards.

You will coordinate training records, plan programs and develop resources while collaborating with supervisors and tutors to achieve consistent learning outcomes. A Certificate IV in TAE or equivalent is required.
